Tips & Tools

5K High Five

Here are some tips and tools that will help make your participation in the race a fun experience for you, and a benefit to the families we serve.

First of all -- remember that there is FUN in *fun*draiser. Some people can be daunted by the prospect of asking others to make a contribution. But never fear! -- this site has some great tools and resources to make it easier to ask friends and family to join you.

Fundraising for the race is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3!

  1. Register for the Run for Autism 5K.
  2. Update your fundraising page with pictures, posts, and inspiring messages to get others excited!
  3. Recruit other runners to join your team and share your fundraising page.

Once you've registered, your Participant Center has a number of great tools - tips for engaging and reaching out - sample emails to personalize and send - and tools for telling the story of your race participation.
